Parish Website Design

Our Parish website product provides content and site management functionality specifically designed for Local Communities and Councils.

Management of the site and its contents is available to and the responsibility of administrators authorised by the Council to perform this activity, and is password controlled.

Given the wide range of information that Councils wish, and need, to display on their Community website, a structured format has been built in. This structure consists of three levels, the coverage of each being within the control of a Council’s administrators.

For example, the top level might include Environment, Governance, Leisure & Recreation, and Local Information; the second level under Governance might include Parish Council, Church CFGA and School, whilst the third level might include Council Officers, Council Meetings and Planning Applications under Parish Council.

Amongst the functionality available to them, administrators can record local news, local history, contact lists, forthcoming events, and banner and small adverts, as well as upload documents, including meeting minutes and agendas.

Additionally, they can add photo galleries and initialise forums. All this means that the website can have virtually unlimited web-pages.

A site specific search engine enables visitors to search the entire website for specific keywords.

There is no development charge nor set-up fee for this powerful product, the cost being from just £45 (exc. VAT) per month for a 12 month contract period.
